What i can say - animals in VET treated better. 5 weeks after SPINE injury have been send to hospital for x-ray, and then because I ask for it, and when i go to the hospital have been send back because is too late for that test. All ignorant and unprofessional c... working here, you better stay home and google your symptoms rather go here. Receptionist not much better, reading a script and if something not by the book what they have up by there nose all get confused and angry.
I am amazed at the negative reviews on here. I have seen two different doctors in the last few months and they have listened carefully and been reassuring. They also carried out tests . It is difficult to get through on the phone in the morning, very frustrating. but you just need to persevere. I have always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful. Just had one time last year when I couldn’t get an appointment that day but my other half got me some tablets from the pharmacy then my sister gave me one of her migraine tablets. I think a doctor was ill at the time so they were short staffed. Other times I have been slotted in on the same day. I think we are very lucky to have such caring doctors
Five stars isn't enough! over the last 20 or so years they have been amazing! Every GP , Nurse, receptionist have been extremely professional & helpful. The surgery could do with a make over though.
The worst customer service ever. Seriously the lady at the receptionist needs to be taught how to deal with customer. Got told something different on the phone and when i showed up the receptionist said a complete different thing and the way she was talking so rude not professional at all. Such a bi*ch ...
I called up at 10:25am in hoping to get an appointment. I finally go through at 11:55! The women at reception was completely useless. She said I can’t have an appointment as the cut off time was 11am. I said I’ve been on the phone for 1.5hrs waiting to get through. She told me to sign up for the online service. As the conversation took longer than 5 mins I never got to have a doctors appointment because the online service cuts off at 12! I’ve tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment. Awful service!
Getting through is difficult enough and you might as well write your whole morning off if you need to call them, can't book appointments in advance and if you get through after 12pm you are told you can't be spoken to and have to call again to sit in a queue which is ludicrous. If you are one of the lucky ones that gets through there's a good chance you will be met with an abrupt and rude receptionist. Part of the automated message says about their staff receiving abuse, maybe the surgery should listen to their calls and the way their staff talk to their customers to understand why patients get upset.
Phoned the surgery in the morning and got through after ten minutes or so. Very helpful receptionist who sent a text message to my mobile to upload some information. Had a call back in half an hour to say the Doctor had arranged a face to face appointment for that afternoon. Attended appointment and advised needed a referral which was completed the next day. Could not ask for better service.
1hr 55mins just to get through to an albeit polite and helpful receptionist. There has got to be a better system! How many physically or mentally ill people aren't getting the help they need because they are unable to stay on hold for 2hrs! Dreadful. Edit- Can the GPs actually come out of hiding and do the job they are paid for? Every member of the NHS has face to face interaction with patients except GPs! How many people are dying because of their disgusting cowardice!
3 times I was calling on this gp every time I am waiting more them 1h . This is the worst gp where I was registered in the last 9 years . I was keeping my child only with calpol for 1 months because they can’t see where he have the infection. I will not recommend .
