Fantastic agency. They helped me secure a purchase even though the other agency never replied to multiple calls and mails. Both Alana Philp and especially their solicitor Wilson Browne went above and beyond their duty, being exceptionally clear and reassuring during every step of the process. I am very satisfied with their efforts and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

5/ 5

I purchased my first property with the help of Sean MacMillan and Kenny Mantle at Aberdein Considine. Having never purchased a property previously, I do not have anything to judge my experience against, however I found the process to be more straightforward than I was expecting and the fees were competitive. Having a solicitor/conveyancer and mortgage adviser who work alongside each other was a definite advantage. I would recommend them for first time buyers.

Do not select them for Re-mortgage. Loads of nonsense paperwork, which could have been done online (we are in 2018, not in 1990). No personalised service, no updates unless you chase them and considering they take £1K for this service, a local solicitor would provide much better service. No respect about the money paid with no customer focus mentality at all.

I sold with Aberdein Considine in August 2017 and achieved an excellent result with 8 offers at a closing date within less than 1 week of my flat going live on the market. I was also very pleased with the photography and how my property was presented online. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aberdein Considine for a property sale.

I used these guys to sell my flat last year. They were the only people who offered a sensible price and the representative who came to see me was by far the most knowledgeable. The whole experience was excellent, even the choice of photographer they used! I cannot recommend AC enough.
