Great service from the whole ABC team, so good we are about to use them again. They had a difficult job fitting our shutters due to the lopsidedness of our windows, this however was done expertly and you would never know our windows were uneven. The roller blinds were also fitted with great care and precision. From the lady who took the bookings, to the guy who took the measurements and to the the big tattooed fella who fitted everything, thank you so much for making our new home that bit nicer ! Highly recommended !

Through normal wear and tear after 10+ years, the brackets of my ABC blinds broke. I went into the shop to discuss replacement parts and Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. After getting the right fittings, I was then able to fix the blinds. Would recommend their customer service.

Very disappointing service from start to finish!! Two men turned up with a book and stood over me until I decided which I found stressful as no real guidance just left to look through book and ask lots of questions. Anyway I made a decision and was happy with it . Got phone call at my work they left an answer phone message to say my blinds had come could we arrange fitting I couldn’t answer or return call as it was late finishing the Thursday & Friday so thought I would call first thing Monday morning and arrange that way give me chance to get the windowlene cleaner off my windows and give them a good clean well I never got the chance to call and make arrangements for them to be fitted the guy just turned up on my doorstep on a Sunday and fitted them on their terms so that they can get rest of the money before they close for Christmas so all in their terms !!! Not to suit the customer just because I wasn’t able to answer my phone at work I should be able to arrange I fitting to suit me !!! There were straight on the phone to take payment never even asked if I was happy with my blinds which I am not but there couldn’t care less now they have money !! There not worried that they have an unhappy customer the quality of the blinds are terrible when they are closed the colour panels have loads of what looks like holes when I asked I was told that yes there are supposed to be like that well maybe your salesmen should know and maybe explain that you will see holes when they are closed. Used this company before but they are not gettting anymore business from us poor customer service

Only just placed an order, 2 chaps that came to measure up seemed to have a good knowledge of their products .

They guarantee a perfect fit & friendly staff to manage your order, this was not our experience!! Bitterly disappointed with our order for 3 roman blinds. We should have ordered elsewhere when the discount we had been promised as a return customer was not given until we pushed for it. Long story short measurements were wrong and the salesman would not accept that the blinds were not correct, he took them away on our request to get reduced in width to then return 5 weeks later with the same width of blind to refit! Neither salesman or manager were professional or friendly & it was quite intimidating when they were in our home & both telling us that there was nothing wrong with the blinds they had fitted. All 3 blinds ended up being remade & fitted, again had issues on the day with the blinds with the salesman first saying he could not do anything but all it took was a fixing on the back to be reattached ,still not a perfect fit as one sits further over the side window compared to the other but we don't want them in our house again so requested a discount which was agreed. We would have preferred to receive the service they advertise and blinds that we were 100% happy with. Would not recommend this company to others.

Used this company recently .excellent service... clean tidy workmanship from concientious tradesman. I will use and recommend this company again to my friends ..pricing was very competitive...I am pleased to having used this company...definitely so
