Chose this company as long established. Didn’t haggle over cost, just wanted a good job. Unfortunately whilst the finished product was good the service left a lot to be desired. Communication all the way through was an issue; from booking in dates for visits and fitting, the salesman telling you what he thought you wanted to hear rather than accurate answers, staff blaming each other for the issues that arose, claiming we had been asked for decisions that we hadn’t. Took far longer than promised. No proactive approach to check satisfaction or to address issues. Could not fault fitter Daryl’s work, attitude or professionalism, others could learn a lot from him.

Very knowledgeable, so ah excellent job and eggshell one of our windows (fitted by someone else) was dodgy, they fixed it for us. Great local business.

Even if you are just doing the research I would suggest making a call to Abco as they are more than willing to offer advice and support without any heavy sales pressure.

I have posted this comment because i was sent a message from Abco saying that i had only given them a 2 star and not explained why, So i would like to say i did not post any rating that i remember and don't know where that come from ? , So I would like to say Abco have provided an excellent service in fitting 4 communal entrance doors and 2 hallway windows to are 16 flat's 👍😁

Never received a FENSA certificate and our installation hasn’t been registered with FENSA. We are now selling our house and this is going to add an additional cost as we can’t confirm the install meets building regulations. We were assured our install would be registered by our installer.
