Don't even bother! Unless, they treat you like that because you use NHS... maybe they change if you decide to go private... But I decided to change my dentist and I am happy now.

ABC dental are exactly what I expect from an NHS service. I have been with them 6 months now and have been treated for all 3 bands of service, the worst being a filling which developed into irreversible pupultis and had to be treated with a root canal. The doctor and nurses always made sure I was ok during operations and offered to sedate me with multiple injections if needs be. They always explained everything before, during and after ops. I'm a bit of a pain in the arse to be quite honest; both nurses/doctor and receptionist have all been very impatient with not only my lack of reception to orders (such as bite hard) but also my constant re-scheduling of appointments due to work. To top it all off I received my crown today fully expecting a metal cap but instead received white capping fused with metal which has boosted my confidence massively with my teeth! They also offer private services at a fee-per-item basis which is great for NHS patients such as myself who only want certain premiums and not a full package. For example, I decided I wanted a full cosmetic scale-and-polish which I could purchase without having to go private completely. It was done for me at a very reasonable price and an appointment booked for the next week. If you want top quality NHS service with the option of private treatment in departments like cosmetic treatment with reasonable timescale of appointments this is the dentist for you!

5/ 5

I've been a regular patient at this surgery for many years and I've always been happy with the treatment received. I'm a very nervous patient but the dentist and rest of the staff have always been very polite and understanding, so I was very surprised when I saw the negative review from "Nick Nick". Looking at his other reviews it seems that he is unhappy almost wherever he goes and has some kind of problem with people "turning their back" on him as mentioned in another of his reviews.
