I would highly recommend Abbey Windows. I have recently purchased a conservatory and the quality of the products was fantastic. They visited site to measure up and offer advise, produced a 3D drawing for me of what my conservatory looked like and then supplied exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Showroom seemed better online than in reality. We had to wait ages to be served then they weren't very helpful at all. We found Crystal windows in B&Q far more helpful and a better price.

I replaced my front door and 9 windows with new double glazing. The guys who installed these were amazing. They were friendly, tidy and cleared all their mess afterwards. My windows look great they really did a grand job. Only thing that could have been improved for future is better communication which was a little staggered at times otherwise I would highly recommend to anyone.

On 23rd December 2021 at about 2pm (edited to 1pm'ish actual time as the clock had not been adjusted) I was unfortunate enough to experience illegal and dangerous driving by one of your employees in your branded van KM57 RPZ near Basingstoke. Travelling at the speed limit of 50mph in the appropriate lane approaching a roundabout, your driver appeared at high speed behind me, I would estimate 70mph, and then when close behind me swung into the nearside lane to undertake me, before then pulling immediately back in front of me and braking. I pulled alongside the van at the roundabout as the lights had changed to red, and the driver put his window down and proceeded to complain (without any cause whatsoever) about my driving and suggested I get out of my car which I felt to be threatening behaviour. I locked my vehicle internally and fortunately was able to drive away when the lights changed. I am surprised that your business employ such people, who not only drive illegally and dangerously in your company vehicles, but then also behave appallingly to members of the public, all while presumably being on company business and representing your company.
