Terrible! They never see patients on their allocated appointment times, atleast a 30 minute wait! So

Terrible! They never see patients on their allocated appointment times, atleast a 30 minute wait! Sometimes not even enough chairs to sit on for unwel patients. The inside of the building is like stepping back to the Stone Ages! Very old fashioned and behind the times. The doctors are dismissive and make you feel rushed in appointments, not of a caring nature at all they just want you in and out as quick as possible. Would not recommend at all!

I've tried ringing this surgery but very rarely do I get through to receive any assistance. You just get boring music with no idea how long you will be in a queue. It's pathetic when all you want is to request a medication review for a 94 year old woman who needs some help.
