Small practice, staff know our family well and we always receive a personal service. Surgery runs on time, emergency appointments are always available in a crisis or for children under 1. Reception always extremely helpful and understanding and calls are always answered promptly.

This good review is written in April 2018. I have been a patient at this clinic for 4 years. The doctors and nurses in this practise have all been highly professional and very willing to refer when requested. I see Dr. O. Apart from the young receptionist who is very helpful, the receptionists can on occasion be less than helpful. The practise Manager, referred to in other reviews I agree, gives the practise a bad name. This is most unfortunate as she is te 'face' of this hard working practice. I would like to thank the Doctors and Nurse at this practice for their kindness and excellent service.

New to the area and was a little nervous joining this surgery after reading the reviews. In comparison to my London GP it's amazing the reception team answer the phone (within two rings!!!) The first receptionist I spoke to was really lovely and friendly. Met her in person and was even more helpful. Kind eyes. The second receptionist has a very harsh voice and overall seems to have a negative energy (with everyone) and Im not sure she even realises. More of social awkwardness. She did annoy me but female GP more than made up for it during my health check. Following that I've had a few phone calls (with another receptionist, who was very businesslike but I don't mind that ) every call was brilliant and she was very helpful and got me appointments within a week. (non urgent) and answered my questions. My second appointment (a different female GP) was equally lovely and kind. Didn't feel rushed and she listen. The 4th receptionist did knock during my examination but didn't wait for a reply and almost walked in. The GP was extremely apologetic and I wouldn't have even mentioned this on here, if the receptionist hadnt been a little rude when I went to speak with her. She seemed busy but still she doesn't match the high service the other 2 receptionists gave (first and phone) so, half and half on the reception team and both GPS, I really liked. I've given a detailed review as I feel give credit when credit is due and the reviews on here almost made me look elsewhere. Maybe that's why it's so quiet?

The doctors and nurses are great, but they have the worst receptionist ever I have ever met. I only go there because it is always empty and no queue. Again probably because of the horrible receptionist...

It's totally unacceptable what is happening to me yesterday , I wake up with a swollen face , It was 9 o'clock in the morning I decide to go to the doctor in person and not to call first because I was very worry, I new was some sort of infection but not sure. Anyway arrive there about 9:30 I spoke with the receptionist and the lady take all my details and she said the doctor will call me, wich he never did basically. I waiting the phone call until 4 pm and I decide to go in the hospital wich I have to say they sort it out very quick. I sporadically use the doctor and when I need they not there, it seems they don't care particular from the the reception with their attitude, I will definitely change this doctor and I don't recommend to others. It's 0 stars
