I dont do reviews but I am so angry right now. I reported our toilet leaking at 13:30 only to be told after I called to ff-up at 16:30 that it was not logged. So after further 3 calls and not been to the toilet at 23:15 guess what????still no plumber!!!!!!You guys are cruel and heartless!

For the answer for my email I am waiting already one month. After few reminders I got email that my email was transfered to other department and it will be answered in 30 days. We jusy bought the property from them and it is not possible to contact them. Was trying over the phone but they didn't help. Wanted tp transfer call to person who was not available. The man said someone will call back in 20 min but noone did... They are terrible!

I’m not happy with A2 dominos at all ... please avoid to buy or rent any property from them. They put me in trouble for the rest of my life ..... they made offices out of our car park and rent them to third party while we are in need of car park , shame on them.

I have been renting for 11 months now and my contract is due to end, I didn’t want to extend for another year, but for only a couple of months. They made it so easy for me, with a simple phone call, it was all sorted. Thank you A2dominon!

ive been with A2Dominion renting for over 5 years and my home has never been in poor condition, new kitchen and bathroom last year of my choice, and they have been very understanding housing association. EALING A2DOMINION

When will A2Dominion finally end their contract with TSG Gas !!! With so many numerous negative reviews concerning this incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest company, it beggars belief that they are still being used by A2Dominion, giving tenants nothing but stress and disruption on our home life. Been waiting for nearly a year now to have my radiators replaced, pipes flushed and boiler issues corrected. Today, after waiting for a month for a final appointment was called at the last minute to say engineer not well, and have to wait again next month. Totally unacceptable. This useless company's shenanigans has been going on long before Covid !! Just a bunch of Cowboys !!

Hi everyone, I have read the latest reviews and there are a lot of complaints by tenants not happy with the service, but you have to take into consideration that we are still facing Covid-19 Pandemic and A2 maybe short of staff. Usually, I have had Good Service from them.

A nasty, rude organisation who don't care about their tenants. They don't have any manners and dont reply to emails. Stay well clear if you have any sense

Not impressed so far - couldn't understand a word the person who answered the phone said - it felt like I had called the wrong number and they didn't have a clue how to deal with a bereavement notification. Put on hold for 10 mins then cut off. No further ahead than if I had rung a random number.

Lies just lies , the staff told me piramid will contact me . Now is the second week that we called them, and reminding them 4 times now . But Nothing . We got water leaking from the selling on the wall ,it's sticks of dump. My 6 y old autestic suffering from the dump smell.
