Don't bother. This company actually dissolved in 2014 but still 'trade' ( i mean this very loosely) under the name tut tut. This company never call you when they say they will and always have a reason for being late. Didn't even get the doors fitted as there was a problem at the 11th hour apparently. If you want people to stick to their plans please don't use A1. Big disappointment.

What ever you do, do not give this man work as he is totally unreliable. He told us last Monday that he would get the parts to repair our garage door on next day delivery and when we hadn't heard by Friday and after many phonecalls he answered and told us he had the parts and would be with us on Monday but this depended on the parts coming in. When I pointed out that he had just said he had the parts, he said "oh yeah, I forgot what day it was, I will definitely be there by 8 am" so I said it will need to be because I am working on Monday. 9.30 am on Monday morning still no sign but he did phone to say he would be there by dinner time, and so I said that I had already told him I was working, and that was no good to me and then told me he had done a lot of running around that day, this is not my problem, so I told him my husband would be in that afternoon if he came back after dinner. We got home to an answer machine message with the biggest whopper of a lie for an excuse as to why he didnt turn up, and then he never called and left his answer machine on. He then phoned this morning with more excuses and another whopper of a lie and said he would see me tomorrow OK? and so I said no, not ok I got someone else who turned up within an hour and had the parts needed in stock. Do not use this guy, he is a cowboy use Leven Garage Doors instead. If left up to me he would get no stars, but you have to put at least one to be able to post. I could say more but will leave it there for now
