A R C Car Wash cardiff

Pulled up to wait a few minutes for a member if staff to appear from the Tesco garage building. He appeared to be by himself. Surely the car wash should be covered by two members of staff when open? I was not greeted with a hello or sorry for the wait. I asked for a £10 wash. No thank you he just went on to cleaning the car. A quick pre wash and not much attention paid to the jet wash before heading into the main car wash. The triple shampoo system never touched the back window. And the automated blow dry arm at the end wasn't working and was permanently at its highest point leaving the car not as dry as it should have been. Not at all surprised to find dirt marks still on the car afterwards. I won't be using this car wash again.

Easy to use, good range of treatments

Paid for the top wash. Had issues with the standard of wheel cleaning in the past, so got out to check. Still filthy. Went back round and they agreed to wash them again. Stupidly, trusted they would actually be clean now and drove off. Got home and still filthy. Used this company's car washes elsewhere and no issues, but this one just can't clean wheels.

Excellent customer service,went through the car wash, and was very happy with the results,my car looked great 👍.

Don't waste your money on this. Went to wash my car, they did just one pass and the rooftoop and back window remained dirty. Not worth it.

No valeting service available at the moment so it’s just an automated car wash for now

Perfect if you are after a regular car wash, not the place at fault but I was looking for a high clearance car wash for my camper. Searched for a high clearance car wash on Google maps and this came up ***NOT A HIGH CLEARANCE CAR WASH***
