We have Fiat on warranty, and this is a professional Fiat service. We were very surprised how unhelpful and not friendly the staff was. It was the first time we met with this kind of "we could not care less, just go somewhere else' attitude.

Took £7,000 off me, never actually fixed anything. Came out worse than it went in. I put the vehicle up on a ramp myself afterwards and couldn't believe the state of what they had (not done), wiring hanging loose everywhere, exhaust not secured to the vehicle, they sent the vehicle out on the road for road tests with the exhaust hanging off the turbo. Little wonder it kept coming up with random fault codes for them to chase. Fuel vaporizer fuel line wrapped around the steering column, lucky we didn't have a fire. They are supposed to be a Ford main dealer?

Went over to pick up a clutch assembly for an Iveco, fastest turnaround ever, in the building for 1 minute, guys well organised, fantastic service. Thank you.from Matthew brothers kirkcaldy.

Can't fault the service. I had a faulty sensor on my new Fiat Ducato and the team sorted it out with no issues. Looked at the van first thing in the morning and let me take it away whilst they got the new part sent to them, brought it back in the afternoon for them to fit it, 15 mins later job done.
