They're nice enough, but they game the system so it looks like they have everything in stock and choose to send the prescription there, but when you get there, it's not. Happened twice. Really unfair to patients that actually need prescriptions urgently.

Rude and arrogant when I phoned to query a medicine, the counter clerk claimed to be the chemist yet couldn't answer my question he had to ask the proper chemist in the back who fobbed me off with a lie when I've researched the medicine. I pay for my prescriptions and paid them hundreds for repeat prescriptions for years won't be using them again.

I don't think this place should have a pharmacy licence. This place needs to be reported to the GPHC. The mistakes not once not twice not three but continued mistakes from this place is worrying. My grandfather repeat prescriptions are always messed up missed and medicine that urgently can't be late missed. Doset trays missing medicines. The amount of phone calls we make to this place to sort out problems and not only are we frustrated but our local surgery is too.

Excellent service with lovely staff. Came to get a prescription that no other pharmacy could fill (I’d gone to 10) for a poorly baby. Checked medication over the phone and made for a pleasant and prompt experience. Thank you.

My GP prescribed me vitamin D3 capsules which was a packet of 30 capsules and for approximately £6. However, they charged me £9.35 and that too for 15 capsules. They removed one packet of 15 capsules. Later, when I called they said the extra amount goes to NHS… Great business…

Rude store clerk who has no idea what he's saying. I came to buy a product, not to receive a lecture on biology, especially a nonsensical one.
