Glad to never had to use these guys again. They can and will try to come to your property without notice, not reply to your emails, don't properly clean their properties and treat clients terribly. No doubt they'll leave a sarky reply to this as well saying "no u". They're cheap for a reason, don't use them if you can afford to. Oh, and they charge you falsely for deposit returns, make sure to challenge their claims. Nice houses though. 10/10

1)They undertake jobs and repairs at my property without my permission. 2)They do not reply to phone calls or emails 3)They do not ensure the tenants pay the rent ever on time. 4)They do not respect the contractual agreement. 5) I will never ever deal with them and would strongly advise against making any business with an agency that does not respect their contract or their clients.

I don't recomend it! , I booked to see a property by email at 12. I was in front of the property at 12:00 (was raining a lot!) I called at 12:10 to the agency asking for the number, and the receptionist did not know it (what agency Do not know where number is the property that will show us ?!). The agent came at 12:25, 25 minutes late from our appointment, he did not apologize. The agent did not know any information about the apartment he showed us. ---------- After seeing your answer, I can confirm that your agency is not trustfulnes and that I do not recommend it. If I had been notified of the traffic jam by a voice message I would not have been waiting in the rain for your agent to arrive for 25 minutes. And if it really shows up in your register, you'll know that I call you at 12:10 the first time to ask for the apartment number, and the receptionist did not tell me it was an old pub because she did not know, she just told me to wait the agent in front of the property and that the agent was going to leave now the agency to meet with me (he did not say anything that he was in a traffic jam). I repeat, a minimum of education when one is late is apologizing, and he did not. Only for the treatment I have received and the answer to this review, you can see that they are not trustworthy, especially when they try to blame a customer for something they have done wrong!
