Have been a regular customer and fan of 2Q's work for a while, but had a disappointing experience today, due to poor time management. Had not been seen to for my pedicure booking after nearly an hour and a half (the accounted booking time on the website for both appointments I had booked) and watched multiple other customers with later booking be seen to before me. The friend I had booked with also had both their nails and toes completed before I was even seen to for my pedicure, and though I had a slightly longer process as I had to have prior SNS removed, I was left unattended for at least half an hour of my visit today. I expressed my disappointment to the male owner when I had to leave after an hour and a half due to time constraints without having started my pedicure, and they more-so took this as an opportunity to justify and make excuses, and try to argue with me over feedback I was trying to give them as a regular customer. I felt very spoken down to and my concerns were not listened to, nor was an apology offered, instead I was told that 'everyone else had bookings too' and 'we're all busy and have things to do' etc. This was not my issue, it was that your poor time management today meant that I was unable to receive a service I had booked for when others were seen before me, and the response to feedback that I was amicably trying to pass on as a regular and paying customer was disappointing. I think Anna is fantastic and I am incredibly happy with the work I did receive today, and expressed that to both her and other staff today, but the general time management and poor communication has left me feeling very disappointed.

my skin was burning from glue and the nails i got were so thick and horribly shaped, i asked for flowers on them and they just put little dots on them that looked so tacky and unprofessional. I went back and asked for them to be fixed and i had to pay more?? I can already feel my nails lifting and the fix job they did is very mediocre. Wasted about 80 dollars to end up with uneven french tip nails that would've cost me 50 dollars originally as i had to changed the design i wanted because they couldn't do the ones i wanted. Extremely disappointing as i was a regular customer there and was always happy with my nails, i would like a refund immediately.

Have been here twice over two years, and have been disappointed. The first time, which was in January 2020, I got acrylic extensions (my apologises for writing shellac previously) in which one fell of a day after they were done. I went back in, and they repaired it free of charge. However, one week later practically all my nails were missing. If you want I can attach the photos from feb 1 2020 when they had fallen off. Then, last week, my mum took me to get my nails done for what, was unbeknownst to me, for my surprise engagement on Sunday. Not even a week later, two of my nails are chipped. I have the photo attached. I work in an industry that does not require use of my fingers, nor do I do much with them other than cook. Just really disappointing honestly. And then, both times I have bleed from my cuticles (once on my hands and once on my feet) from rough treatment. This has never happened elsewhere. I don't like to take down small businesses, and I wish this wasn't the case, but when you are spending that much money on nails, it should not be happening. I also do not like the insinuation that I'm lying, when I know when I have been to a business or not. VERY extremely disappointing response from staff who cannot handle feedback from clients.
