I came into 2020 as my current optician didn't have a great selection of frames. I was helped out first by David who helped me find the style and colour that would suit best, and ordered in extras for me to try. I came back to try them on, and being fussy I changed my mind. Irene was amazing and somehow knew exactly what I was after and I found my perfect pair. They gave me a great deal as I was buying two pairs and I'm so pleased with my new specs! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great range and friendly efficient service.

On holiday and my glasses broke. Popped in to 20 20 and the lovely fellow saved the day by making a sturdy temporary fix that will get me back home where I can get the offending parts replaced. While I was waiting I browsed their lovely selection of frames. Very nice shop!

I'm always pleased with the service and product quality here. They have an excellent selection of frames, with an especially wide range of unisex frames. I've used 20 20 on Queen St for my past couple of prescription specs, and the team really take time with customers to ensure a good fit. The hardest part is probably choosing which frames you like most! 🤓

I was running late for my appointment due to traffic congestion & phoned ahead. Very kindly the receptionist offered me a slightly later cancellation slot which worked out perfectly. Very thorough, professional & friendly Optician check up & Likewise new prescription consultation. Have been a loyal customer for > 20 years. I broke my specs frame on holiday and popped in to see if they could help. Fantastic service from David who went through all the options and sorted out replacement frames for my lenses within the hour. Great service - thanks.

Amazing customer service with the friendliest staff!

Had a few problems with the product, which was not the team's fault. Very noticible was that the staff and manager really make sure if things go a bit wrong, it gets put right. Nice folk, very helpful.
