1st Class Garage brighton

I got my car a couple of years ago and shortly after I could feel something was wrong with the breaks. I brought it to 1st Class Garage as it was very close to my work and honestly, it was quite convenient. I thought it would take forever and would cost a fortune, however Kev called me not long after I had dropped the car off and let me know in details what the problem is and how much it would cost to fix it, including parts costs. Good to see that not everyone would overcomplicate the issue explanation to boost up the price. My car got fixed in agreed time, with a detailed report and price list. I even got a local business discount since working nearby. I have been bringing my car there ever since and feel comfortable and confident it will be thoroughly checked and fixed every time I am worried something might be wrong. I've been recommending the place friends online and will happily continue to do so. Worth the trust.

Really great garage with classic feel and approachable staff

I spoke with Kev on Wednesday and he immediately ordered the parts required to do the work on my car (tyre and brake pads etc) and was able to get me slotted in for 8am this morning. The car was ready to be collected by 11am. I am very happy with the work, the professionalism and the time it took. There are other garages in Brighton that are just looking for your money and will draw up a big list of issues for profit, but here it all seemed very simple with no fuss. I’ve also experienced having to leave my car overnight with garages and long waiting times, so this was a breath of fresh air. I’m very happy with the service I received, and will definitely take my car back for other repairs and a service and MOT. Thanks Kev and team!

As a women I often feel patronised at garages. I also often worry I will be ripped off. However everyone here was polite, down to earth and did exactly the repairs that needed doing. No more, no less, no silly charges. They are how all garages should operate, I will be using them for all my future car woes.
