I Put in a prescription by hand on Mon. I was told on Tue I would get a call on WED morning. At 2.40 I ran the surgery again to be told the pharmacist had gone home. It would be Fri now. I said no, and the receptionist said she would put it through again and I would get a call in the afternoon. I rang at 5.40 the receptionist said they would ring and they wouldn't close until 6.30. This is awful behavior. WHY would someone go home if they had not reviewed all their items for that day? If this was a serious condition that need the prescription urgently would they still walk away
