Dreadful Experience
Delay in arriving not kept informed I had to chase it up Then one blind totally wrong colour had to wait for someone to verify this !! It came loose in its fittings as did 3 others 2nd blind was poor quality 3rd replacement was accepted as had little choice Tilt cords are inaccessible for me to open once closed I am constantly told this is a safety issue so now my safety is compromised from a fall point of view so have window fittings not fit for purpose this information should have been given at initial measure Calls are often not returned it took a visit to the shop to get any result
