Hayes Town Pharmacy Ltd london

Hello I have being coming to this pharmacies for about one month I cannot fault it I changed from pick up pharmacies due to them saying they’re closing at 9 pm but they started closing early so I had to change anyway this pharmacy is open till late I mean when I mean late it opens till 11 pm that is fantastic whoever works late or however needs medicine Late Evening what I can say about the staff is fantastic absolutely amazing I just pop in there and my medicine is ready for collection is that’s customer service or what for 20 years I’ve been working in customer service so I know a few things about customer service. All I like to say is thank you for all your hard work what you do every time I go there very polite it’s nice when someone is very polite and nice your day goes much better thank you very much his pharmacies for everything top top pharmacist without a doubt well recommended take care bye Ziaul

Worst Customer Service ever they are so arrogant yet they do not realise they are simply giving medicine to people not making it in the labs. Think they are the best but never seen so many arrogant faces in one place. Before you open the shop think about learning about customer service. Defo won’t be going there again

The most urgent situation I needed they help me out, he knows better than my GP.

Super friendly and effect service. Only came for a minor reason, but if I had more substantial pharmacy concern I would trust the team at Hayes Town Pharmacy to find a cure.

Great pharmacy and very attentive, they’ll explain everything out in great detail. The feller with the long beard is very helpful, kind, respectable, knowledgeable. Everyone smiles in there regardless whether it’s 8am to 10.30pm also ideal as it’s a late night pharmacy!! Thanks to Abdiaziz and Mohamed!!
