Boots Pharmacy london

The service was good and informative to the product I wanted to buy however always a queue at the tills yet staff members are standing at aisles, please employee more cashier as most people love shopping here but I see so many leave the queues at leave.

Great service and advice. Very vigilant. One day I lost my charger and couldnt call urgent care. I walked slowly to boots and they helped my out. They called 111 for me. Let me sit in private area to wait for ambulance. Very caring and reassuring.

I had a flu jab booked at 9am today, firstly the store did not open till 9:15 and then they are telling me that they have run out of stock and did not bother to inform me, shown no concern to offer me alternative store service, wasted my morning. Very bad customer service Sivi

Maria, the pharmacist is extremely rude. She has no manners how to talk to customers. It breaks my heart to see local shops behaving this way. Avoid if you can.

Charge people for prescriptions they shouldn’t pay for then refuse to give a refund, will be changing my pharmacy to another place.
