Went in today as my GP had recommended I get my blood pressure checked at my local pharmacy. (I have the Babylon app, so can’t get it done easily at the surgery.) I’d been to four different pharmacies and none would do it for me (including the boots across the road.) The pharmacist at Superdrug was absolutely lovely and did it right away!

This is where I go to the pharmacy and collect my prescriptions to control my madness. If I go across the road and visit Boots then I end up paying almost double the price! It really is as simple as that!

The Store is quite big and there is a good selection of products but.The tills queues are always a mile long so be prepared to wait to be served. The Staff never acknowledges who's waiting and if you ask the odd question they hardly have an answer. I have used the Beauty Pop up Salon, although in Superdrug it has nothing to do with Superdrug and the lady who waxed my hairbrows burned me with the wax.Never again.

Tried to walk into the store carrying my small dog .. I was told I can’t come in with the dog (even holding her) because they sell ‘food items’. Assume they are referring to the pre-packaged confectionary. Absolutely ridiculous, no sign on the door about not bringing dogs and other Superdrug branches have been fine. Went to Boots instead!

Brilliant experience at pharmacy this morning. Super helpful pharmacy assistant who gave me advice on a problem and then just to be on the safe side she passed me to the very patient pharmacist. She also listened carefully and gave options as to the cause and different options for treatment.
