Boots Pharmacy london

This store doesn’t deserve even one star. My click and collect parcel was lost in the store and no one informed. Called the three days later and said delivery will be delayed. Another two days later called three times but no one answered. This was not first time bad experience with this store. Very disappointed.

Absolutely dire service. There often seem to be quite a few staff at the back of the premises but none of them pay any attention to waiting customers. I have never been able to contact them by phone as it is always engaged. Given that all the previously mentioned staff seem to be spending their time chatting to each other, it is difficult to see how the phone can be in use. Handling of repeat prescriptions is also appalling. I am still trying to get mine (a week late) as I write. I would recommend using a different chemist.

Prescriptions never ready. Call in the morning and get told be ready by 2pm. I arrive at 3.20pm and still not ready. I understand that may be busy but it gets sent over by the doctor and they can have it a few days before I call and still never ready.

A few years ago the service here was atrocious. However, with the new pharmacist, things have changed. I am greeted by my surname, and in general the service is top notch. Sure some items are not in stock, but always arrive same day, if you are early, or next day. The online improvement I would suggest is better communication when your prescriptions are ready, or when outstanding items have arrived.

Visited this Boots due to very painful tennis elbow, I was served by Amani, lovely lady and so helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy for me to decide which treatment would be best. 5 stars !!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Took half an hour for a nasal spray. The staff... antisocial. Disappointed

Absolutely ridiculous service 5 staff around but got served 25 mins later and then another 25mins to receive the prescription which happened to be just one packet of pills nothing to be prepared. Disgusting

I like this boots, staff are always nice, bit annoying it closes for an hour for lunch - there should be more staff

The service at bedfont boots has changed for the better in the past 3 months. Staff are nice and friendly and my prescription is always ready .. It's never been on time before. Great service . Thank you
