Very helpful and friendly staff. Was helped when purchasing a moisturiser and ended up receiving a free gift by purchasing a cleanser too. The products are great for my skin and the selection was very good.

they seem to be very under staffed well in the main shop anyway. I was told by a pharmacist that my prescription had not been sent to them despite me showing them my patients access app stating that it had. so I then had to waste a hour waiting for my gp surgery to open after lunch to confirm it had been sent 4 days previously I returned to boots and the very same pharmacist found my prescription already put together but unchecked. another occasion I was given my prescription with tablets missing. This is not the kind of service you would expect from BOOTS

Good location on Ruislip High Street, but parking can be a bit difficult as it's a busy road. The store is rather small, but has stock of most items you would expect to see at a Chemist. Staff are reasonably friendly. Prescription medicines are given quickly: at least I never had to wait.

Needs more organisation with prescriptions and getting medication ready. They should set up a Texing system with their customers re: prescriptions ie tex them when ready

Local boots. Very nice customer service, always helpful and polite. Not a great deal of products but I think they are more orientated for pharmacy in this bramch.
