Ok everything you want is a phone assist not be a problem when they closed the Whitgift Centre next year

been dealing with this branch for 6 or 7 years now. i have high blood pressure, had 2 ops & a few other bits. never had an issue, always friendly & never been let down. they remember me which is nice to have that personal relationship. highly recommended!!

Unhelpful staff - not interested in helping me when it came to my issue

Local Boots Pharmacy with excellent staff and excellent service.

I have never had a problem .always helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Yeah the lunch break is a little annoying / but we all need to eat. dont we? I am a diabetic and am in there all the time so I have real personal experience. I suppose we can all have bad experiences. However I feel a lot of the comments are a little unfair.

Best of the best pharmacy! Ladies there are so helpful! They make my life easier. Especially lady with Pink hair (I don’t know the name)... SHE IS JUST AMAZING!!!

Years ago, the pharmacist here was a guy called Reuben, who was absolutely excellent. Since he has gone, the pharmacy has just gone to ruin. I now get my prescriptions sent to a pharmacy in Northwood because they are so much more efficient. The other day, I was desperate for a prescription after seeing my GP for an emergency appointment, so I took it into Boots. They didn’t have it in stock but promised it would be in the following day. It took 3 days to collect an urgent prescription! Never, ever will I go here again.

The staff in herecare soooo nice and helpful its refreshing to go in and be treated so nicely and warmly lovely staff recommend highly

I have visited your Boots store numerous times and I have always wanted to send a review and never done it. Last Saturday, 27/03/2021, I visited your store. It was so busy, just two ladies were there. Even though I had a good service from Koki. I would like to say how polite, welcoming, happy, cheergul Koki is in your store. Every single time I go in there, I hope she serves me. She is an absolutely fantastic person. Please can you pass my compliments onto Koki in your store. Kind Regards, Sylvia
