Friendly helpful, pharmacy staff who are happy to offer advice.

Rude staff. And lack of knowledge

A very small boots - took quite long for a simple prescription and it wasn't that busy - lack of selection - no food items / sandwiches / drinks etc. - very limited range of items

All the medicines and beauty products available at good price.

Really bad app the staff behind the counter is good but the pharmacist and the people helping her is not good they take really long to give the medicine and the lie to me saying they don’t have it then then 2 minutes after a othere one come to me and said they have it I don’t like this staff because it’s really poor how they work I have worked in a pharmacy and I know how it works but really bad staff

Fast processing of prescription. However, last time was asked to return the next day when in stock. Plan B was successful - Boots next door in St Georges Shopping Centre.

Was happy to find everything I wanted and more in here. Some great bargains too!

Their staff always knowledgeable about their products, take time to explain.

Every time I come into this boots there’s always this old lady with glasses who always follows me around as if I’m stealing which I’m not . It makes me feel very uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back here ever again
