Good customer service however they never seem to be open on time

Brilliant service - really helped me a lot. My elderly mum needed some medication which none of the other pharmacies around could get hold of. Herbert &Herbert managed to get it within 2 days and from now on I get it from them on regular basis. Greatly appreciated.

Very helpful staff. Always happy to help with any query. Have products that most pharmacy's would sell. However, they did miss some products I was looking for so might not have everything. Very clean which is important and the location of the store is convenient. The opening hours are helpful which allowed me to visit before they closed and grab what I needed. No parking lot and no toilets inside.

Brilliant service. Excellent customer care. Showed compassion, understanding and quickly resolved my situation. I will definately return to this pharmacy.

Great to find a chemist open to 20.30pm on a Sunday! All my local chemists were closed.

I've been going here a few years now. Personally they have been a great pharmacy all in all. They offer a great service and information if and when you have enquiries. The only negatives I can say is one of the lady pharmacist's can be a little off at times, meaning in the general customer services area... just seems a bit miserable, she never smiles. The rest of the staff are wonderful. Was also a little disappointed that the pharmacy now closes at 4pm on a sunday and also has been opening slightly later on a Sunday now, which I was not aware of. It unfortunately led me to miss my medication and therefore impacted on my health and the rest of prescribed medication for the whole week. I am glad to see there is now a poster in the window explaining they close at 4pm on a Sunday now. It would be helpful if the information online could be updated so people are aware. Or if they could atleast let customers know especially those of us who have to go regularly.

Boots the chemist much better. This chain of chemist over charge on every product in their shop. Ripping off local residents who can't travel to a high street. Shampoo for example price starts at five pounds and not the best brand. Not a nice way to support your customers.

Ive been with Herbert & Herbert Pharmacy for many years and they continue to improve and innovate. My prescriptions are filled without fuss or delay. Lets face it the last thing you need is hassle when your not best init. Thanks to a proper local chemist shop +

This pharmacy is staffed by dynamic, friendly staff who are helpful, knowledgeable & pleasant. Some other local pharmacies should follow this branches model of customer service as pharmacists play an increasingly important role in England's healthcare.

I'm always impressed by how professional the staff at this branch are. When I go to collect my medications they find the bag in seconds.
