Turned away at the door a few minutes before closing time on Sunday. They were the only pharmacy open in our area and I urgently needed something over the counter for my kids. I said it would take 1 minute, I knew exactly what I needed, but no! I don't see how staying open an extra 2 minutes till the ACTUAL closing time would have hurt anyone. I'd have accepted it if it was after 4pm, but they were obviously in too much of a rush to go home to consider a customer's needs.

Not that friendly staff. When coming to get medicine staff aren’t welcoming. Also have to wait ages for my medicine. And always a queue! Doesn’t have everything. Small shop.

Get my regular prescription here. Always friendly , very helpful Pharmacist. Near shoe Zone

7th flu jab and always OK afterwards.. Great service.

Mid- sized store. Inside looks a not-loved and could do with an updated. Pharmacy has friendly but slow staff.

I get my repeat Prescriptions here. With other pharmacies I'd turn up to collect my prescription and they'd be unable to find it or only issue some of the requested medication. Boots in West Ealing contact me when the prescription is ready a d then I go along and pick it up. They are efficient, precise and prompt. My only gripe is that sometimes they are short on staff.
