Staff not the best but products good few bargains .

very rude staff in pharmacy, closing time is 6pm, as i was coming from my office, at sharp 6pm i reached there and phamacy was still opened. as i urgently need some medicins but staff dint bother for it, one of the staff very rudly said with waving of her hand like close, nt even apologies for this, what kind of customer service is this.

Was shopping there today, bought 3eyliners and got the deal 3for2 but didn't get any miceral water. So whatever is written there next to the promotion is fake! I forgot my card but girl who was on the till didn't bother to ask for my email to send me through my points. It happened second time. Last weekend was the same situation. If you don't have your superdrug points card they aren't bother to send you your points via email anyway. What a disgusting customer service. Have a nice day at the end doesn't change much. Disappointed

I have been visited Hayes store today 12:15 pm,I Just had a look around the storea and was leaving ,one off the staff and security stopped me and asked can we check your jacket ,I said yes. They don't find anything. staff suddenly said i saw you Last time stilllng somting . without any proof oh loukng proply he made me thif.than suddenly the store manager comes and appolyges and telling me leve the store ...etc

Security guard there is sooooo nice and went out his way to help me

Go to this superdrug a lot as it’s closest to me, always the same experience. Im a young female, today everyone around me expect myself was asked if they needed help. The older women on the till seems to have an attitude problem whenever I go in, I always say hi when getting checked out. Never received I hi back or basic customer service but she smiles and makes conversation with other customers? Think the staff need some customer service training.

Well stocked with variety of products and some employees are engaging. Overall its a pleasant experience, however at times they do let the queues build up a bit before someone else jumps on.

Service extremely slow and quite often stock issues or at least each time I've been there or its just the products i require. My partner has been using a blue light card followed by her id for months now yet all of a sudden wouldn't take it yet a week later they did make up your mind what is accepted for the discounts offered
