From a previous experience.. I was arrested by a friendly officer. Handcuffs were slightly uncomfortable. The ride in back of the van was quite rough, could have taken it easy over the bumps. Was greeted by more friendly staff when i checked in. Cell bed could have done with more cushioning. Was kinda chilly so a blanket would have been nice. The loo was a loo... standard. But no bog roll was the downfall.... hence just the 3 stars.

Dealt with my enquiry of a lost tablet cctv where it was taken but they said there was no evidence had a lot of personal pictures of my family i seen the person take it but due to it being to them too much time to go through cctv they took the word of the male pharmacist and never bothered looking into cctv i lost all my pictures that were of people that mean the world to me i understand they hv a lot to deal with but thats no excuse i question if it was there belongings theyd do all in their power to make sure the individual was brought to justice as their family and life would be on the line but as i dont wear a uniform its different but if that device was in the wrong hands due to past DV issues i had to learn to live in fear not nice from a normal human being that suffered at the hands of abuse and also my daughter thatcsufferd alongside me i dont play the victim maybe if i did id get more support thats a disgrace in my opionion. Some of the reception staff are a little insensitive and disrespectful sometimes, and they don't realise it. The front desk could be managed a little more efficiently. Edit: Gets worse every time i visit. I waited over an hour at the front desk and was just ignored, so i did the same as 60% of visitors did, i just left. Even people handing themselves in were turned away..

Very nice officers. Accommodation is a bit lacking. No heating, the beds uncomfortable and no sink to wash your hands. Overall a very pleasant station.

This is England. Freedom of speech. Freedom of movement. I am exercising my rights. Pun intended. Absolutely zero crime committed. Border force needed along Kent coast. ASAP. Extra policing required. ASAP.

Don't even bother going there. Someone break into my garage and steal my electric bike, and attempting break into the house. when I went to the police station to report the crime the lady behind the window after finishing her conversation with work mate she said to me she is to busy to make a report and I have to call the police or report online. Absolutely waste of time. No willing to help.

Saturday morning, 7th November. Front desk were friendly, fair and professional. I saw them deal respectfully and intelligently with other people visiting the front desk. Officers that I dealt with to help me retrieve my stolen property could not have been bettered. If anything, they were restricted by the system they were working within. Resourcing was an obvious problem, not surprising with the closure of so many police stations recently (Brentford & Chiswick come to mind) Thanks to you all - I am always amazed at how you manage to treat every member of the public with the same detached professional respect.
