If I could use a minus I would! The young guy is always on his mobile when I go and acts like he's been interrupted, rude and surly! The woman is no better didn't speak a word when I returned parcel yesterday. I will travel to send stuff or use courier service instead. Such a shame cos they shouldn't be customer facing and Ickenham is a friendly place!!

Such a horrible experience being served at the Post Office. This horrible young guy serving was beyond hostile and should not have contact with people.

The attitude is bad of the main person behind the post office counter. Also very slow during processing. No common courtesy to say sorry for the delay. If you dont like your job find another one!

Always helpful and efficient. I regularly use them for sending parcels, and have had no issues. One of the servers behind the counter is friendly and chatty, the other is more shy and reserved. Nothing wrong with that, as long as my parcels are dealt with efficiently, which they always are.

Poorest customer service and unacceptable bad attitude of all time. No respect to customer, arguing with the customer and harassing. Ten minutes before the advertised closing time of post office when I arrived, Indian staff said they are closed and not serving anymore, I told him that he still have 10 mins to process my cash deposit. I gave him the cash and told him the amount and he keep saying the wrong amount. I told him to count it but instead he argue and does not want to process the deposit. I told him that he have a poor customer service and rude. He just told me to write a complaint if I am not happy and told me to go away. What an attitude.
