Bought a 10 pound top up voucher for my daughter while passing through South Ruislip only to fine the receipt they gave did not include the voucher code and was simply a receipt for the 10 pound debit card transaction. I live in High Wycombe, I travel 20 miles the next day to sort and they "cant help today". Wasted 40 mile round trip and still no voucher. This is illegal taking money from a customer and simply not giving the product bought...nothing!!!! Will go the legal route if not resolved but the managers customer skills were zero, unhelpful and this is a typical retail situation where there are all smiles until an issue due to simple incompetence but the assistant that was asking me at the time of purchase how to spell GiffGaff!!!! AVOID. There is a store that is next door that are pleasant and seem on first hand to be on the ball (I did a shop there after). Useless and illegal. Trading standards and small claims court next action out of principal. Useless, rude.

I've used West Mead Post Office a couple of times over the years to send out mail and pick up small items when passing by. The lady who does the Royal Mail counter is always more than helpful, more than catering for large parcels and offering different prices for different Royal Mail services. Always a plesant experience coming here, I'll be sure to use them again!
