They try to sell you the lost expensive option and lie! Yesterday I posted something and when asked, I specifically said I don't want the next day delivery, that I want normal first class signed for. I was told I only have 2 options, £18 And £6.50. I went for £6.50. I just looked at my receipt and it turns out they sold me next day guaranteed delivery, which I specifically said I don't want!!!!!! Not cool, I don't like being lied to!

Staff need re-training or give the post office to someone who appreciates it. Had a customer take back an item using our Freepost address which we pay a yearly licence for to Royal Mail and they refused to take it, got onto Royal Mail and they contacted them so the customer went back and hey you guessed it they wouldn't take it AGAIN! Probally as they don't make any comission on it! Not our problem you signed up to post office counters obide by all post office services!

been using it for years , most staff I don't have issue with. People go in there , not prepared .. can you not weigh 20+ parcels at home and not waste my time ? .. sadly certain member of staff are trying to "up sell" things , e.g. 2nd class to 1st class.. when that was not requested.. puts me off going there.

Worst deposit ever. I went to deposit cash on 28/10 and came back today 2/11, but i realized the mistake on the day of deposition after i went back home £10 is missing. I didn’t have time to go back and waited for my off day. Went back today and he said I can’t do anything now, he is the same one who did the deposit wearing glasses and working in the first till. Although he said £360 at first and then he said £350.I’ll never deposit with him again. And i think his name starts with D, I couldn’t see it because he started hiding it.

I have read the bad reviews and I have to point out that I went to this post office during covid19 crisis and I was treated with great efficiency and respect. Customers also respected social distance. I was certifying a passport photocopy, the lady who served me advised me I could do up to 3 documents for the same price. She also asked me whether I was sure the recipient would accept a b&w copy of my passport. I found it all relevant and helpful.
