Willowbank Post Office london

Its the second time I am coming but post office is close right now ! Its 9:40am Thursday morning. Yesterday I came 5:30 according to Google! They close at 5pm but Google says they close At 6pm However, the staffs are always helpful! 3 stars for them

What's happening at my local post office. A large letter is max. 35.3 x 25 x 2.5cm...this was the size of my item I was trying to post. They took advantage of my mum not letting drop it off there making her go elsewhere. I have a photo of my item easily fitting in the size jig at another post office. Not happy as it delayed my item by a day.

Some times I find these people not doing there Jobs properly and are in hurry most of times !

I posted a first class recorded delivery to the USA from this Post Office and it never arrived to my sister's address until date!! How should this be!
