A very pleasant gentleman sorted my parcel return politely and promptly.

Very BAD attitude, poor customer service, so rude!! Workers should be fired!! Asked a simple question that I thought someone working in a post office would know, instead of saying politely that she didn’t know the answer the women serving me just shrugged and said “how would I know” !! So I calmly said to her that she could have replied politely, at that moment her colleague/husband came towards me telling me I was being rude. SO surprised by this comment, I asked how he came to this conclusion and he actually said that he doesn’t have time to argue with me!! Bad attitude, bad service, bad people!! They shouldn’t be working there is they don’t know the answers to simple questions and especially if they have ZERO customer service skills. They need to learn some basic manners!!

Good friendly staff, always willing to help. The post office has an I.D photo booth. They sell stationary, cards, envelopes as well as other odd and ends.

Very rude lady. She start making strange faces when i ask her to be nice for customers.

Best post office ever,outstanding staff and service,very helpful and cheerful.I leave 5 miles away but I still come to those guys because they never let me down.

They are all experts in what they do. As a customer all one asks is for the person to be knowledgeable and efficient. On both they are. As some other reviewers have said, queues move fast because they know their stuff! Great place to do your photocopying - 20p a side and they can do double-sided too. They sell picture postcards, which one rarely finds these days. You can do your banking here as well. They have two FREE cashpoints outside the branch - apart from the one in the Shell petrol station these two are the only cashpoints left in grand old Hanwell.

Whoever runs this place - PLEASE make it Covid safe! No hand sanitiser near entrance, no ventilation, no crowd control, no distance between people, it's all of the precautions ignored. Otherwise, lovely people who work there and hugely helpful!
