I m a regular custome r and always had a good service at Wembley post office near triangle this time cashier named nazia was really unprofessional,I was served at 16.58 counter right hand side when you enter , it happened to be a just randomly asked question about the envelope price as last time the ticket was different on the panel and just happened to ask is the price gone higher , she replied saying no it’s been two years the price is same I said it’s fine no problem as last time I came with my husband and he showed me , the reason I asked the cashier as I was choosing the bigger envelope and my husband said take this it’s nice and reasonable , so that’s the only reason I asked tought gone higher or a mistake , made the payment and I just happened to browse the receipt of my last payment and I showed to the cashier, the cashier saw and said it’s the same ,so I said it’s fine no problem , but the cashier commented right infront of other customers saying again it’s been two years whatever’s whatever and made a rude comment saying your just trying to prove your point, I mean how could you be so unprofessional why would you take it personal and also if you think customer trying to prove her point which was clearly not which you assumed don’t not say to customers on their face bad customer mannerisms.when I asked for her name she had so much of attitude and said ya ya take my name Let me clear i don’t mind paying the price but as a customer they have right to ask , it’s not down to you today to them they are trying to prove their point right infront of other customers. May be your system has that price set up but on the rail was a different amount it was just a query
