First time in and it won't be the last. Lovely people and the food is just as good. Very friendly but not intrusive. The food was so tasty and well cooked. Try it. My wife had the Sea bass and I had the slow cooked beef with Chianti sauce. They were both divine.

Came this evening for a dinner with a friend. From start to finish we experienced exceptional service. Max is an absolute credit to the restaurant. We were greeted so friendly and Max was very patient in taking the order as my friend and I were so busy catching up. Max even took pictures of us together - outside of the restaurant. What a super start. Went above and beyond! P.S the food was great too!! Thank you Max.

Slow weekend service and all tomato based pasta tastes too sweet. It’s a nice location with comfortable seats but service and tomato sauce let it down. There are better of this chain in London central

The food was okay, but the service is too slow in weekend. I previously visited them on a weekday and had a much better experience both in terms of service and food quality. So, I guess they are short of staff and it's best to visit at non peak hours and weekdays.

I visited the restaurant last night, the staff were pleasant and helpful but the restaurant was absolutely freezing. I asked the waiter if there was a door open, he said no but the air con must have been on very high, in the end we sat having our dinner with our coats on! The food was OK but my friends Gluten Free pizza was very floppy and the base wasn't properly cooked. I ordered a vegan pizza and it was half the size of my friend's one. It really wasn't a great experience and I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon.
