The food here is delicious. You can taste the love and care that has gone into these dishes. Fresh and beautifully cooked and seasoned, this is a place to take your time and enjoy your food. The staff are very helpful and attentive without being over bearing. The venue is very clean and well presented, and set up in such a way that you can sit comfortably and talk without feeling you are being too loud. Would highly recommend this restaurant experience.

Good quality food with a good atmosphere. Just be careful there's an automatic surcharge of 12.5% which gives a nasty sting when you get the bill. It suddenly becomes expensive. Meal with a coke seems to average £33.

Good food that tastes freshly prepared. Prices on higher side but worth it and the packed restaurant is testament to that. Lots of chilli infused dishes if you like that kind of thing. Nice decor with busy but friendly staff. Worth a visit if you are in the Northfields area!

My family as far as I can remember has been going to Maxims or ordering from them since the time they have been here. Staff is very courteous and the service is exemplary. Food taste good specially the crispy duck which is one of my favourites. Definitely order it when you are here or ordering from here.

Great food, great service, definitely good value! One of the Ealing favourites and been going here since I was a child. The lady Jenny and the guy Danny always treat me an my guests well and was a pleasure to dine in person after what has felt like an age! Better to go here during the quieter times than peak times, the place can get packed on the weekends.

Food is okay but holy cow! The service is really bad. Ordered starters and main. The owner tried to bring it all at the same time and then when I told the what I think was the that the starter needs to come out first. He got super snippy and bought 1 starter and 1 main first and the other main course after ages, leaving the other party waiting. Meanwhile, the waiters were rushing to clear the table before the food was finished. I thought that this was the basics. For around £50/head. I expected a little more then takeaway standard service.

First time coming here and wasn't impressed at all. The whole meal was undercooked...the first bite of chicken was 2/3 raw. The waiters kept on hovering around and making us feel uncomfortable. Constantly asking if we had finished, like they wanted us to leave quick...

So my girlfriend and I visited this restaurant yesterday, we were the first customers and when you entered the place you would notice that every guy working there was taking orders from a stern lady (who seems to be in-charge) We then ordered our food and drinks, the coke that we ordered was quite flat and asked the waiter if we could have a bottle or can instead, the waiter was a young lad who was shaking to go tell this to the lady, the lady was very rude and she opened a cab right in front of us and poured it into two glasses, then asked the waiter to swap our flat cokes for the new ones, then she yelled from the bar saying “that has bubbles”, when the starters arrived, my girlfriend asked what the dishes were and the woman again yelled from the bar to the waiter about the dishes, by now we were afraid to ask for any chillie oil or sauce wondering what else this woman would say, we quickly had our meal and tipped the waiter who was genuinely trying his best to put up with the pressure and awkwardness… Overall the restaurant was not welcoming, the food was like any ordinary takeaway Chinese nothing special for the price you pay, and honestly after the way that lady acted I wouldn’t really return to this restaurant…
