Good location. More servers would make it 5 stars.

Worst lady manager ever, she is rudest I have ever come across with no manners at all. I have been charged extra for my breakfast when I asked to replace egg with cheese, and they haven't mention earlier about extra charge. When my husband was trying to explain the situation with a smile, lady manager told off not to laugh. Looks like she doesn't even know the smile and laugh difference. Colleagues talk them selves in other language which not English about my self and my order after I paid for extra charge. I feel it's humiliating behaviour which is not at all acceptable. Have no idea what kind of staff has been recruited in subway.

Lovely place, quick sub on the go

Theres 2 subways in Hounslow..not too far from each other..this one has grumpy staff (who acted like they would rather be anywhere than there!)..the WC is not the cleanest, subways food itself is pretty good & standard for a subway .. atmosphere in here isnt great but hey you can always sit and admire the view outside..which is the humongous primark opposite ;)

The guy made really good sub.. added more sauce and it turned out to be yummy.

Great location in high street for having sandwiches. Place is not that crowded, has only limited seats for around 15 to 20 seats. Menu is standard across Subway chains.

Worst subway. My daughter likes cucumber and tomatoes only and the staff said i can't have more than one layer of it even when I had not taken all the salads. First subway which did this!!

Never had issues in this store. Can be busy at times but generally well staffed and quick service

This branch of Subway offers Halal food and the staff are mostly Muslims and friendly.
