Great location , just come off the motorway and your right there. 10 min walk from the tube station then a 30 min ride into central London. Rooms a lot better than expected , quite big with comfy king size bed. Good tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. Shower could be improved however it done the job. The pub is lovely , very quiet stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and didn’t see it get busy. Bar staff are very friendly and very good. Lots of drink choice and reasonably priced. Food is great lots of choice and didn’t wait long at all. Very comfortable in the bar. Definitely value for money , great price. Would recommend and come again.

I must say this experience was so pleasant for my parents suprise stay. The hotel were very accommodating and went up and beyond all expectations. They catered to all our added needs. The staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel though you'd never guess by its location by a busy road junction and flyover.. really lovely service and fantastic rooms and great communal areas. Easy access to tube station and lots of buses.

Place to stay. They put two single beds together to supply a double room and one was square under a very sharp lamp. Poor forethought. Nicer on the outside than the inside. Edit: Even if the hotel thinks putting two single beds together makes a superking, that is not the point. Putting a superking in a room that has two hard-fasted lamps (i.e. they can't be removed without a screw driver) jutting out at the wall spaced for a double bed, with very sharp corners, put one of us directly under it. It's not safe. I'm changing my review from 2 star to 1 star because of the defensive reply from the owner below where they do not seem to think this is a problem.
