Poor. Roof bars for a van. On line saw the ones I want for £120. Chap on desk, who was much less than helpful said £330 for my van. Wasted journey. Never again!

Came in to get a front chain ring for my old bike. Really helpful and passionate advice from Nelly. Well learned and educated about bikes. Helped me get my bike up and running again. pS the front chain ring did the trick!

Had problems with DAB for my car, they sorted it out, did a really good job. Communication via email etc was good. The staff are friendly and helpful so credit to manager David and special shout out to Marco who did a superb job.
