Sports Direct Hounslow london

I’m absolutely furious. Spend a lot of money with Sports Direct and wanted to return 2 items in the next day. Both items were in exactly the same condition how I bought it and with labels on. Sports Direct refused a refund, only a voucher or exchange. You are being treated as if you are going to shoplift when shopping and only one changing room cubicle for a large store. Over the years I have bought a lot of items from them, but when a shop don’t make their customers feel valued and give them the choice to return items, they will loose customers. I will not be going back.

So, I purchased a pair of trainers yesterday and it has turned out that they have given me two different sizes in one box.. not sure how but it happened. I went back today with an intention of getting the right size.. they were not helpful at all and asked me show them my ID than for more documents after that my credit card before doing anything.. it is a total farse.. they did not have this problem when takimg payment yesterday.

Horrible Jung lady on cash desc was talking same time to me and to her colleagues. I was repeating my question 3 times and she couldn't focus on me. Unfortunately she couldn't even explain me clearly.

Best sport direct been so far. After checking out 3 stores to print letters on t shirt and every store been sending me to another Sport Direct store, stating that their printing machine is not working (feeling like it was lies). Went to Hounslow, manager being very approachable, with no issues, confirmed with me that it can be done. The only issue I have got is that i came one hour and a half after to collect the tshirt( as i been told), I found out that nobody even started doing it. Credit to the store, they apologise and made it look like is the high priority to get it done. I even have been offered water.

Like other sports direct shops on the high streets, Hounslow shop is also quite big and one may get many different types of shoes and sports accessories there. It may not have stocks from different sports brands but definitely you will get their own brands there. For shoes, you may get varieties (but all sizes for each style may not be available always) of renowned brands at a comparable price. The best part is I like the offers for buying multi packs. If you have a proper plan, you can save more. Car parking your car may be a question as it does not have a customer parking. However, you can use treaty centre car park or any parking at the nearby streets outside the high street.

Well stocked, more than other locations. Asked about the shoes on sale in specific size, and the gentleman in lady shoes section got me those within a minute. 👍

Store manager is extremely rude and ill-mannered. 15 minute wait just to find someone to help you get shoes. Staff are completely clueless (that's when you can actually find one). Store so hot you feel like you're about to pass out. This has to be the worst SD I've been to
