Great team at cycle king extremely helpful and honest.. after taking my bike to another well known bike store and being quoted ridiculous prices to fix my bike, the mechanic at cycle king explained to me very clearly what the problem was allowing me to make a decision.. bike was fixed very well and 7 months down the line it’s still running like a beauty. I returned last week for a service on hubbys bike and again brilliant service!!! No complaints whats so ever... I particularly appreciate being phoned before additional work; which was not included in service, was carried out its always nice to be informed and not hit with unexpected bills that one has to question at the till!! Great job guys keep up the good work Thanks

Great service in sales and after care- I bought a foldable bike from them over a year ago, which was itself good value. Found a part recently on the frame stem that was working loose, so they (Steve?) said they'd replace it for free, under guarantee. Sourced it next day, went there, all done at no charge. Don't often write reviews but they deserved this one

Unfortunately I can't recommend this service. They supposed to do a service, change the brake pads and true the wheels. When I collected the bike I noticed that they didn't true the wheels and damaged my rear hydraulic brake. A few days later I went back and asked about wheels and brake. They took the bike for about an hour, they true the wheels but solution for oiled pads and disk was a cleaning wipes! I end up buying whole new brake after their service. People, don't waste your money, this place is a scam!

This shop is one of a kind. The people who work there are very professional and very knowledgeable. Mark, Andy and all the crew at the back are fantastic. From getting the bike fixed to buying a new bike Mark gave us the advice that was needed. Showed us different bikes that would be suitable all we needed to do is pick. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop. Thank you again for all your help. He absolutely loves his new bike.

Had a very good experience today fitting mud guards. Very friendly and helpful! The only warning is their stock system: I wanted to buy different mud guards and the webpage showed as in stock but it was not. They had different ones at the same price that are very nice so wasn't a problem in the end. But might be worth a call to double check. Cannot fault the team on the ground today though!

I ordered my bicycles online and was swiftly contacted regarding a potential fault with my order and was given multiple options including a discount -very honest selling! Furthermore, collection was available even earlier than I expected. I bought many accessories which were already fitted upon my arrival. The staff gave me so much information with how to maintain my bicycle and were extremely helpful, even assisting me with loading it into the car. Also, the bikes came with a free service within 6 weeks of purchase which is always a plus! Got into an accident the very next day and the team were again very very helpful! Definitely recommend!
