Great service. Went for light bulb change for the front indicator of my car and Yan the service assistant pulled out all the stops to get it working (he went beyond the call of duty) and he did. Highly recommended.

Came in to have a small part on my car changed. After searching high and low in the store for a staff member (they all go hiding), I was told to wait in the front-right corner seats for 5-10 mins by the person on the front til until the assistant could help me. After 10 minutes, a queue jumping customer came in (who the assistant was a buddy of) and he immediately served him, whilst I am left twiddling my thumbs. I complained to staff person behind the counter who could only offer up a petty apology. Why not prevent it happening in the first place? She had nothing to do so should have informed the part fitter. Also should have told Mr Queue Jump to sit in the corner? One rule for one, another for the elite club? I had to wait 25 mins in the end as I was jumped in the queue because of staff favoritism. I assume this is normal practice at Halfords. Tip for customers: If you need something fitted and you are asked to wait in the corner, just stand next to the desk otherwise you will be ignored. Also remember to cross your fingers and hope the staff buddy-club isn't in action. Preferably, go elsewhere because this place is a shambles and needs a re-organisation.

I come in with my husband the other day looking for a mirror for my car the person at the desk were so rude he just said I don’t know what ones they are and told me I should go to euro car parts when I asked where abouts euro car parts was or if he had a number he shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t even wanna be there talking to me. I went there a few months ago before Xmas were a lovely smiley lady super friendly and helpful to then receive this treatment!! I won’t be coming back here very soon they need some friendly staff!!

Booked a full service 5 days in advance, then called the next day and every day to change the date, but no one picks up the phone :-( I thought I would be getting a more professional service from halfords, but I was terribly wrong

I was served by Mr. Steven on bike floor. Excellent service and had a detailed knowledge for each and every product regarding bikes and its accessories. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge, approachability and helpfulness were a complete package for any client. He has warm demeanour and patience. We would give him 10 stars out of 5 - as he was outstanding.

I have been to Halford Ruislip on 2 occasions in recent months to have bikes serviced. On both occasions, the servicing was first class - the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The first time, I was served by Jose who did a fantastic service on 2 bikes. Provided advice on future upgrades, etc. The second time, I was served by Ronnie - again excellent and efficient service. Helped restore an old bike that hadn't been used for ages to a fully functional safe bike. Provide advice on maintenance. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cycling needs. Highly recommend the Ruislip team!

BIKE ASSEMBLY WAS PERFECT!! I got a bike shipped over to this country as it was still in good condition and it was a bike I used when growing up that could still be used. However, when shipping it was taken apart and packed up. So when I received it, it needed to be assembled again. Halfords were able to assemble it within a 3 hour window and its perfect!!!! I must add I did somehow manage to book the wrong appointment service, but they were very lovely to still agree to sort my bike out! They went Above and beyond!

Visited Halfords store in Ruislip. Very pleasant chap near the entrance. He was welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful. He wasnt pushy at all. Just the person you want to see in a store. Perfect employee for welcoming customers with a smile. Was only one person in front of me to pay at the till and a nice lady served me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👌

I had a great experience at Halfords South Ruislip, London, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I firstly called the store to find out if they do check on a car battery life, a member of staff told me that they do and you don’t need a booking for it, just drive to the store and the staff will do it for you. When I arrived, I have approached the staff serving at the till, he greeted me and offered me help, I explained him my story then he told me about the offers Halfords dose at present which one of the offer was really useful and absolutely free, what you needed to do it was just to provide an email address. The offer was called “Winter Car Check” that was like an MOT full check, it is a brilliant offer and free. I think was very useful and important to have your car fully checked making sure your car is safe on the road for your self and family safety also for other road users. The members of staff changed my battery and done the full check on my car were very professional and knowledgeable, the approach towards me was brilliant, they all have a smile on their faces and looked very happy. After they finished servicing my car, they explained me the full outcome of the findings and how to fix them. I found Halfords store in South Ruislip very welcoming and the staff make you feel coming back again. I also have a silver membership for my bike which I bought in they store a few years ago and I have to say that because of this offer my bike still cycles every day like new, 3 times per year I get a free service and repairs if needed. At the bicycle store the staff they were always been very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Halfords in South Ruislip, London is a store that I would offer to anyone that I know and if I needed something for my self then with no doubt I’ll drive straight to the store because I know you will be helped.
