For a large used car dealership, this one has great customer service. It's is a large very clean site. Everyone is friendly, no pushy salesmanship. Everything is explained clearly. You can see, test-drive and purchase a vehicle of your choice. I was greeted on entering the site, I explained what I was looking for and I was shown a few vehicles on screen ,, but left to browse to my heart's content. I found a different vehicle than one shown on screen, not a problem. I was allowed to view then test drive. My advice, go prepared, take proof of address, know your income and expenses if you are seriously considering making a purchase. The whole process can take a few hours so be prepared for this. I would not recommend taking very young children because of the time needed, they would get very bored. But on the whole a great way to purchase a used car with optional warranty, but one that is definitely worth it. My advice, give them a go if you need a new used car.

Helpful staff but such a massive place it can be hard to negotiate around. Great if you wasn't plenty of options but the cars here are not cheap and you have to pay a £199 fee to buy a car... on top of the price of the car. I enjoyed my visit as you can look at a lot if different models and it can help make up your mind.

Big selection of cars which seem to be competitively priced. I purchased from them as my previous car died and I wanted to buy a new car quickly. I would avoid the extras that they try and sell you and there is certainly cheaper finance available elsewhere so worth shopping around.

Amazing car show room, I think it's the biggest in the country. I don't think you will find cars selling at a better price than here...but that in itself comes at a price. I'm quite confident they don't spend the time or money checking the cars, so I do know quite a few people (including myself) that have walked away with less than ideal cars. The good thing though is from what I've seen, car giant are happy to pay for the repairs caught early or take back the car without much fuss. 2 star rating still because people should be able to buy with confidence, I don't believe you can here.

Well thought now after restrictions over we can test drive which is a shame we still can't do. But lot of choices for cars if you like you can ask for keys and by yourself check the car but can't drive. Comfortable shoes, water and snack a must with kids.

I use to love coming here as a kid . Came for an interview as working in car giant for me is like a dream job. However its life didn't get the job. But the places values and goals are very inspiring

Busy place on weekends! True everybody knows! But company's need to improve maybe more commercial seller's , and departments steps costumers needs to follow on purchase deal. I see and experience some big periods of waiting times between some departments! Loads costumers boring for waiting and waiting! So I just give my feedback, wow easy ya!! Please don't take it wrong or bad feedback review ! Take it needs to improve the costumer experience to another level ! The costumer be happy with all process! Yes is important very important! Because next time costumer will think about experience! You guys know better then me the experience costumer needs! To comeback again make business.
