Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Has a great variety of craft beers. Also has a section of baby clothing which has been super helpful! There are small self checkouts and two till self checkouts for people with a trolley load of items. On way out or from the entrance straight and to the left is a party area that sells foil balloons, cards etc.

Find the meat here of decent quality. Not much choice for organic vegetables though. Early visit is best as not so busy and avoid late on Saturday as the shelves can be empty and counters are closed so choice can be limited.

How many times do you expect to find food that has past its use by or best before date within a year? Well this has happened to me on three occasions in the past year alone. Twice with smoothie drinks in the sandwich section and today with baby food (quite worrying). Poor management and poor processes have to be blamed for this.

My partner and I were passing through Acton on Sunday 13th October and decided to have lunch in the local Morrisons store. The staff within the restaurant were very helpful and engaging and our chosen food (lamb shank and mashed potato) was enjoyable. We made an effort to express our appreciation to Sue and the rest of the team during our brief visit. It was a pity that a number of other 'diners' simply left chaos on the table and not clear up after themselves. The staff were on the go throughout and not always able to clean the tables for the next customers. This isn't a criticism of the staff whatsoever, but a reflection of laziness from others. Keep the good work up and keep laughing!!

The most chaotic supermarket I have ever been in - always queues out to the doors - there are never more than a handful of self scans open and no staff - except the ones clogging up aisles putting together Amazon Fresh orders. Honestly it's just a nightmare. The Ealing branch is fine. Edit - to add to this after going at various times - it isn’t always like this so perhaps I was just unlucky. When it’s not overwhelmed it isn’t too bad - still barely any checkouts open though!
