Kwik Fit Plus South Ruislip london

I took my vehicle to Kwik Fit to have brake discs and pads checked as I was getting an intermittent generic alert light on my dashboard when on a decline. After checking a few forums I wanted to put my mind at rest that it wasn't the brakes, the vehicle had recently passed its MOT (not at Kwik Fit BTW). I was told by Kwik Fit South Ruislip all discs and pads were worn and illegal and needed to be replaced immediately. That was on Monday. Today, Wednesday, I took my vehicle to my local and TRUSTED garage and have just received a call to say there is NOTHING wrong with my brakes. Take note, always take the time to get a second opinion. I have saved £663 by doing so..

I'll admit KwikFit was the last place I'd choose to go from experience / perception of overpriced parts and shoddy mechanics. Maybe it's time to rethink - got a fair deal for 4 x premium tyres, mechanic was honest and friendly and reception warm with decent facilities. Would consider again.

Verry high prices on tyres, go to any other tyre centre and you will find half the price on same brands, for instance halfords tyre centre which is not far from thus place andwhich is a name on the market has much lower prices. On the other side, the service is clean, place is well maintained, I can't say otherwise and I think they treat customers with respect.

Poor. They were unable to change a simple tyre. I was informed that my locking wheel nut was wrong and advised to go back to where I last serviced the car to get it back. Cutting a long story short it was the correct nut. Unless you have time to waste avoid like the plague

They only care to see how they can MAKE money of you. They put 2 new front tyres on my car including wheel balancing. After fitting and after two day I found on car they put old weights on both my tyres and that to the weights were not properly done , the weights were so loose that they were moving round my rim with and I could even take them off with my fingers. Than I took my car to a close by garage to get it fixed . When I went to inform in the kwitfit to Venessa the receptionist/ manager I think , was not to bothered. I informed her I am not here to get my money back but want you to look into the matter how the job is done by the staff which is not professional and the job is not done properly.

Took my 19 year old Z3 for an MOT after being off the road for two years. Excellent reception by Markus and tested by Mr Alakozai. Thank you for the suggestions for keeping the car roadworthy. Booking online is highly recommended to get an unbeatable discount for the test.

Marcus & Vanessa were very helpful in supporting my query with my vehicle and later getting the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend Kwik-fit but in particular Marcus and Vanessa. And it was amazing to see a female employee what is known to be a predominately male enviroment. Equity in recruitment is so important.

Again my experience at Kwik Fit was great, but on my last visit to South Ruislip Branch, this was just an absolute breath of fresh air. Vanessa, who I was dealing with was extremely professional and understanding to all my needs and expectations. The works carried out were complete before the estimated time I was given and due to the fact I was not local to the area helped me out in a big way. Thank you to the engineer who carried out the works on my van - Great Job and a big thank you to Vanessa for making my experience at the South Ruislip branch nothing less than fantastic.
