Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant to talk to but this practise are quite unprofessional. Having had quite serious symptoms, I was passed around between doctors some of which were helpful and some of which were out right rude. I submitted two test samples both of which were lost, I was not told about this and was left to live with my symptoms for two months before I saw a specialist who diagnosed me immediately and referred me for immediate tests. Pains me to say but this as I appreciate everything NHS staff do for us but this surgery has a lot to improve on.

Nice doctors but horrible management of the whole place. You call in for an appointment and they have no appointments for upcoming 6 weeks. They definitely need to manage this better with adequate staffing.

Not enough staff to manage such a big practice, trying to get an appointment means dedicating a whole day to it, getting through on the phone takes on average 20 attempts then on hold for about 10-15 minutes until you speak to someone then you have you wait for the doctor to ring you which can be anytime! Also its pot luck whether you get someone thats competent at their job or just tell you nonsense!

It used to be really good under Charlie, the Dr now the new ones they dont know what they are doing! The receptionist staff are nice! Dr sabia bhakt and dr Hamid give different advice from eachother and the WHO. They dont even follow the WHO advice liars. Dr Joshim khan must be some new guy he only gives sick notes for operations according to his experience. Looking to change GP as this one has gone downhill! Don't bother going in or calling for appointments they are just a waste of personal time.

I just want to warn you of Dr. Angel Kay. (I don't know if she's still working at this practice though). My own and my family's experience with her was awful. Plus, I never remember her smiled.

The receptionists and admin team are absolutely useless and are a disgrace! I've been trying to register my father as a temporary patient as he was running low on his medication. I rang the practice six times and every time a person I spoke to told me she'd contact the admin team and ask them to process the form. This happened on Monday, same happened yesterday. Yesterday I had to ring the practice 4 times as one of the receptionists simply hung up. My father had a stroke last year and he took his last tablet this morning. He's still not registered and unable to get his medication. Honestly, this place should be shut down or at least all receptionists and admin team should be replaced or send to an empathy course. I will make a complaint to PHE,NHS or whoever you complain to. AVOID if you can.

avoid this GP by any means they have the worst receptionist who doesn't really care for patients and very rude as well. The GP refused to see a 2 and 4 years old child face to face with their lame excuses. if they refuse to see a child, who are they going to see then? if their excuses are covid, dentist and opticians are still seeing their patients and working very close. this GP should be strip their licence since they are not fit for purpose. no wonder why all the comments here on google were negative.
