Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Stretford manchester

Aaww dead nice staff. Will heat my glasses arms and re shape for me when I need, give me new cloth as couldn't find mine. Good choice of frames as always and smooth process from test to specs

I used to use my local optician for my diabetic eye screening appointment,but always felt pushed into buying their frames,and even then,my reading glasses felt worse than before. I decided to try Specsavers in Stretford. What a world of difference ! The equipment was much more modern, the actual test was comprehensive. I left feeling my eyes had done a marathon,lol. And the lenses were spot on. I am going again tomorrow for my new test, And am looking forward to it. The staff are so nice and kindly helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly and talkative staff. Came here for my first ever eye check and was confused at how the whole process worked but the staff made it very comforting and simple to follow which made me feel at ease.

Some things never change, and that's the beauty of Specsavers. Same professional service that you can trust. Experienced staff who help you through the minefield of choosing your glasses. Perhaps not cheap, but price and quality, plus excellent service easily offset any price differential. It is, and always will be, my first stop.

Excellent and friendly service. Their hygiene measures make the visit feel safe and sanitary. The person who helped me pick my glasses was very good at finding something that looked good on my face. These are the best looking glasses I've ever had. Definitely recommended if you need an eye test or glasses.

Excellent service from the guys at Stretford... So much better and more professional than the Manchester Arndale crew... Is Manchester Arndale used for training new staff??

Usually i don't bother leaving reviews but another bad experience with this same person at this branch has prompted me to leave this review. First of all i must say this review isn't for the whole staff. The majority staff is actually welcoming professional helpful and approachable except one guy Scot who does the contact lense consultations. I stopped going to that branch due to him but went back after a year hoping it wont be him i would be dealing with but... I am not sure what his issue is, anything you ask him he would give a very sarcastic answer his tone is really passive aggressive. He doesnt know how to communicate professionally. His body language is aggressive. In both of my experiences i have found him very unprofessional arrogant and unhelpful. Although it is the closest branch to me, but i would rather go somewhere else even if its far. Please start treating people with respect you get paid to do your job you are not doing us a favour.
