Yes it is a busy GP surgery, just like every other, but when my back went and I could barely stand, I phoned up and got a call back from a doctor in about 5 minutes. When I went to collect my prescription the receptionist could see that I was unwell and in pain, offered me some water and a seat, little things like this really matter. For routine appointments it's easy to book online.

Normally I don't like to leave reviews but I just wanted to show my appreciation for this practice. I've had negative experiences at other surgeries but here I am treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Every issue and ailment has been taken seriously, and dealt with quickly. The receptionists go above and beyond, and the doctors are absolutely fantastic and put you at ease right away. In fact my sister used to use this surgery 15 years ago (unfortunately she moved out of the area) and to this day she still thinks it's the best doctors practice she's been to.

My advice to all the people leaving poor reviews would be move out of didsbury. The staff here are over worked and serving a community where new housing developments with 'affordable' £500k houses are being thrown up left right and centre, family houses are being carved up into flats and people are surprised that the doctors is busy! Some of the docs at the centre are great some are awful inter personally but that is the case at all docs surgeries. Once you settle on a doc that you get on with then the surgery is great and in emergency appointments i have always been seen the same day.

Care from this practice lacks compassion and sensitivity. They are so busy that they feel it appropriate to give you devastating diagnoses and tell you about abnormal test results over the phone. I was given absolutely no advice or support. It breaks my heart and worries me to think that this standard of care exists in the NHS. As a doctor I was shocked. A definite fail of the friends and family test, extremely poor quality of care delivered to me by Dr Sara Jafari.

Excellent late night Dental practice. One of the very few that are amenable to my schedule, alongside very quick examinations and treatments by Amina and Karisma. Very happy!

The admin and reception team in this practice are excellent. They always do what they can to help even when it is my fault that caused the problem. Today I witnessed a young male receptionist dealing with a tricky patient who was starting to get angry. The receptionist was courteous, helpful and stopped the situation from escalating. Superb service.

Excellent practice. The reception team always went out of their way to help me arrange appointments and sort my prescriptions, during lockdown when they were extremely busy. Doctors and nurses really friendly and helpful too.
